Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you need to exchange a product, please note:

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Hair products that have been used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

Layby Policy

Smart Hair Boutique offers a convenient layby option for our customers:

  • A minimum deposit of 20% is required to initiate a layby.
  • Layby payments must be completed within Agreed term .
  • Failure to complete payments within the agreed period will result in the cancellation of the layby and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Layby items can only be collected after the final payment is made.
